When a load takes two cycles
The lint screen catches a lot, but not everything. The rest packs into the vent line behind your dryer and the hood outside, and a clogged line traps hot, damp air. Clothes take longer to dry, the laundry room feels warm, and the machine works harder than it should.
We clean the line from the back of the dryer through to the exterior vent so air moves freely again, and make sure the connection at the dryer is sealed. Before we start, we look at how your vent runs and explain what we plan to do.
When the work is done, we tidy up the area so your laundry room is ready to use.
