YA HOME SERVICE is a locally owned company based at 93 Osborn Ave, New Haven, CT 06511. We are not a national chain or a call center that hands your job to whoever is free that day. When you call us, you are dealing with a small New Haven team that works the same streets you live on.
Most of our days are spent within a short drive of home, from New Haven out to Hamden, North Haven, Woodbridge, West Haven and East Haven, and over to Ansonia and Derby. Keeping our area tight is how we keep our word on arrival times.
We would rather earn the next call than rush the current one. That is why so many of our customers say they would hire us again.
Three things our customers notice
We explain before we start
Nobody likes a crew that shows up, gets to work and leaves you guessing. We look things over first and tell you in plain language what we see and what we plan to do. Jeff Davis put it simply in his review: "Explained things well to me."
If you have questions halfway through, ask. We would rather you understand the work than just sign off on it.
We show you the result
Many of our jobs end with before and after photos, like the siding on this page. You see exactly what changed, not just a promise that it did. One customer, Elwood Vereen, remembered the before shots with a "yikes" and the after shots with a "niiiice."
We leave it tidy
Your home is not a job site to us. We work efficiently, protect the space around us, and pack up clean. Customers keep mentioning that we left the house clean and tidy, and that is exactly how we want to be remembered.
